Shrimp boats found in protected areas

Seven shrimp boats have been found fishing in protected areas.
Seven of 130 licensed shrimp boats in the country have been caught fishing in protected areas according to a satellite tracking system that was recently installed on the vessels.
Criss Poveda, of the Aquatic Resources Authority, said that the boat's owners will face fines or possible forfeiture of the vessels.
The monitoring system was placed in the boats to meet requirements imposed by the European Union. The system also helps to locate vessels in an emergency.
But shrimp boat captains are saying that the satellite system has made finding shrimp much more difficult.
"Now, everywhere is off limits," said Rigoberto Mera, a spokesman of the fishermen, who have requested a meeting with the administration of the Authority to discuss the restrictions.
If fishing in protected areas continues, Panama could face a ban from the European Union on its seafood exports.

He is also likely to boast about his "conquests" (usually exaggerated or fabricated), failing to realize that this only serves to impress fellow douchebags.
