No wonder that the youth of Panama are having a problem with drugs.There are many very rich familys in Panama some are what they call Robbie Blanco ( white tail dears) an elete class of yourth in Panama these children come from families that are so wealthy that the children get up to $10,000 alowance. They can break any of the country laws and never spend a day in jail. They are the speical Children, but there is a problem with these children and cocaine sell for $800.00 to $1,000.00 a kilo that 2.2 pounds of uncut pure Columbian Cocaine. This spells trouble for these wealthy families. These families think they can send their children out of the country pay a lot of money and have their children back all cured. That is not how it works, myself knowing that I had a problem with cocaine 22 years ago and have not touch it sence. If any one is having a problem with their children they chould contact Alanon it the AA of people who are having problems with families menbers with drugs.
