Panama: Fiesta Casino Finned $50,000.00
Casino Fined by Gaming Commission
Story by La Prensa
International Thunderbird Gaming Corporation, which operates Fiesta Casino, was fined $50,000 by the Gaming Control Board for failing to turn over information about its board of directors.
This was confirmed by Giselle Brea, secretary of the board, saying that officials had repeatedly requested that the company turn over the information.
According to information filed with the Public Registry, the Gaming Board found that the casino's management had changed, a move that requires the board to be notified.
The casino has until Friday to appeal the decision.
