Colombian Flight Inaugurates Service to Panama

Colombian airline Aero República, a subsidiary of Copa Holdings, announced Monday the inauguration of a new flight between Panama and Barranquilla, Colombia.
The service, which began on Aug. 7, is available three times per week in an Embraer 190 airplane and aims to complement the daily flight offered by sister company Copa Airlines.
Aero República President Junguito Pombo noted that the service intends to benefit both the tourist and the corporate market.
